This certainly applies to Peter Sideris,  who after two decades of Steakhouse experience working in some of the finest establishments in New York City, such as Smith & Wollensky, didn't just duplicate an exceptional Steakhouse, he improved upon it making Hamilton & Ward Steakhouse extraordinary.

At Hamilton & Ward, we carry products that you will not find in the average restaurant. We are home to 400 wines from various parts of the world, and are proud owners of the Louis the XIII Black Pearl Cognac. Only six restaurants in the United States offer the Black Pearl Cognac, and Hamilton & Ward is the only establishment in the State of New Jersey to offer this fine liquor.

Our menu is quite simple: we provide our guests with only top quality meat that is hand selected by Peter, USDA certified and dry-aged on the premises for a minimum of 28 days.
